Our Approach.
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that uses hands-on approaches to examine, understand, and treat a variety of physical conditions, tailored specifically to each patient. It is believed that osteopathy helps the body fix itself, and Baye agrees with this wholeheartedly! She enjoys empowering her patients by teaching them about their bodies, pain science, and why we are doing what we are doing, as well as providing them with the skills and tools to keep their bodies moving optimally.
As an avid amateur athlete, and outdoors enthusiast, Baye believes best in preventative treatment: she would prefer to help her patients moving strongly and efficiently to minimize risk of injury, and allow them to maintain a healthy active lifestyle.

About your appointment.
The initial treatment session will involve taking a case history and collecting information about your injury or complaint, past medical history, and a quick current health check. Then we will assess movement and posture before treatment. Follow-up sessions will involve a progress check, before re-assessment and more treatment.
Treatment is always tailored to the patient, and we will work within your comfort boundaries as guided by you.
